Empty output qty fields no longer stick at 0; empty submits as 0. Hide leave-JO back on step page so users return to the process steps list instead.

Finishing QC or putaway moves the job order to Put Awayed without a full-page spinner, and Search refetches even when the criteria are unchanged.

Handle user put DO (m18 PO) sync in m18 sync page PO tab;
make the fg/semi fg report count by date rather than by month,
created a button to make qc accept faster,
added item code/name in search criteria of PO,
